Dark Milk Chocolate Passion Fruit Cups

As a long time passion fruit fan I can say that these wonderful cups are fantastic! We used to live in Hawaii where "lilikoi" (passionfruit) grew and was a favorite flavor for both sweet and savory foods. I can say with authority that getting that delicate flavor just right is NOT easy; it is a very very tart fruit and requires a lot of sugar to make it edible. I find that most passionfruit items on the market are either way too sugary and mask the flavor, or else they do not have enough of the actual flavor. These cups get the ratio exactly right and my family and I cannot get enough of them! Perfection!

The taste was good, but the moment I ate just one piece, I developed diarrhea and had to rush to the restroom repeatedly. While the other varieties caused absolutely no issues, this particular kind—which I was trying for the first time—was the only one that affected me this way. It felt just like I had come down with food poisoning. Since I ordered four bags, I am extremely disappointed.
