Shipping

• We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
• Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after that, and 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout.
• Orders of $65 or more ship free with standard shipping.
• In warm weather we pack with ice packs and insulation.

Returns and refunds

• Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged or melted, email orders@chocxo.com with your order number and photos and we'll send a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
