You Will Need
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Chocolate Chunks
(Choose your fave: ChocXO Keto Snaps - Almond Sea Salt Snaps or ChocXO Keto Snaps - Raspberry Quinoa Snaps)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate together well.
- Roll into 4 balls, place on a lined cookie tray and press each one down.
- Press chocolate chunks into the centre of each cookie.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 mins.
- Sprinkle with sea salt while they are still hot.
